guessed it the freshmen are here full of life and vigor walking around the campus the upper-classmen hear such questions are i can't find my fresh class which hall is norton am i m a psychology or sociology class they sound like the same thing which way is crosby who's that cute fellow — a prof or stu dent where's my junior sis ter why can't i be an upper classman these freshmen are puzzled by such things as free cuts walking on the campus grounds and not on the sidewalks they don't understand why there isn't any instructor to tell them where to go what to do and how to do it they find that college life is just what it's cooked up to be — such as hard studying dirty shoes and sloppy clothes they enjoy walking around the campus and trying to look im portant even though they feel like a needle m a haystack they like to loaf at norton and dance with upper-classmen oh yes they would just love to take part in extra-curricular activities but are rather coy about doing so they get a kick out of watching their fellow freshmen being hazed but most of all they look forward to the football games and more scores like the first game of the season football schedule sept 26 — susquehanna -
