outstanding success since then he has had an interesting career as a concert pianist giving recitals throughout the united states cuba and eu rope but the career of a piano virtu oso was not enough for jose echa iiz in his own words i believe that every instrumental soloist should be a cultivated musician and the more varied his activities he more rounded the musical ex perience which reflects in the performance on the artist's major instrument this is why i teach md conduct whenever the oppor unity presents itself but my first md greatest love my main inter est is the piano glazier gets be ob servations of the heavens and irawlngs of the heavens as well as the experiments relative to the course university college holds that all students whatever their objec tives need some course work in certain fields in order to provide a liberal background the col lege wants to introduce more courses in all areas and intro duced astronomy to attract more students several years ago the uni versity offered a course in the study of the heavens but it was not offered regularly with today's advances in science and the recent feats of the united states and russia relative to space travel it is obvious that the course will not only prove in teresting but also beneficial spring weekend queen miss linda benson my fair lady linda won the votes of the student body and the approval of the
