targeted for e side construction nowak announces ag award lor 50 new home units rep henry j nowak d buffalo has announc ed a 750,000 department of housing and urban development action grant award to the city of buffalo on behalf of the developers m j peter son co and anderson associates this award will provide for the construction of 50 units of new single family homes in the euicott district complementing the existing pratt-willert new homes and the tsisii'e-jobnson new homes in addition the project is expected to create 75 new construction jobs and generate 60,200 annually in increased independent busi ness nfib for his out standing voting record on small-business issues the nation's largest small-business group pre sented him with the award because he voted in support of positions voiced by the majority of nfib members 78 percent of the time on announcing the award nfib president john sloan said the voting record of rep kemp throughout this congress demonstrates that he is the company's community and personnel relations united in 1964 in this capacity he worked close ly with the job opportuni ties council of the buffalo chamber tattssamettee he attended the univer sity of buffalo earning his bachelor of science de gree in business adminis tration he later attended canisius college where he received a master of business administration degree mr glover has been a member of the buffalo commisison on human relations the national task force of business executives and the eco nomic development com mittee of buffalo's urban league he has been active in the american
