grant award to the city of buffalo on behalf of the developers m j peter son co and anderson associates this award will provide for the construction of 50 units of new single family homes in the from the national federa tion of independent busi ness nfib for his out standing voting record on small-business issues the nation's largest small-business group pre sented him with the award because he voted in support of positions voiced by the majority of nfib members 78 percent of the time on announcing the award nfib president john sloan said the voting record of rep kemp throughout this congress demonstrates that he is responsive to the needs of his state because small businesses create , the majority of new jobs and if left to flourish will continue to be the driving force behind was named supervisor of the company's community and personnel relations united in 1964 in this capacity he worked close ly with the job opportuni ties council of the buffalo chamber tattssamettee he attended the univer sity of buffalo earning his bachelor of science de gree in business adminis tration he later attended canisius college where he received a master of business administration degree mr glover has been a member of the buffalo commisison on human relations the national task force of business executives and the eco nomic development com mittee of buffalo's urban league he has been
