from bryant and stratton business in stitute he also attended suny at buffalo's school of business administra tion presently mr gray also is in the process of re-opening his insurance firm which will also have offices at the 280 hum boldt parkway location he is in who's who in black america johnny a ballard has been a general contractor specializing in concrete and masonry having per formed services for such businesses as eastman kodak rochester gas and electric company mobil chemical john w cow per inc j a jones and £. s vkilhturirjp die mr ballard is a member of several organizations organized to further busi ness organizations in the rochester area the well-known attor ney william sims a former city court judge and a retired military judge in the united states marine corps is the most experienced black attor ney in western new york he has gained wide experience in real estate and business transactions for the past 20 years he has focused on the sale and transfer of sole pro prietorships partnerships and corporations mr sims acted as attor ney for the group of black businessmen who obtain ed the largest loan from the small business ad ministration in this area to date he is a delegate to the president's advisory com mittee on small business mr sims is a former president of the buffalo naacp and has been a member of the board of directors of the heart as sociation of western new york and the legal aid society of erie county among others he is national counsel to the oddfellows ballard - gray - and sims associate's buffalo office will service the western new york
