county guideline & regulation changes ease time frame by margaret a blue due to changes and easing of the guidelines and regulations governing adoptions in new york state in recent years the time frame of the adoption has been drastically reduced to a maximum of six months for those who chose to adopt one of the thousands of children in new york state who are currently waiting for an adoptive adoptive applicant which includes focusing on issues of parenting the adoptive child changes in the family dynamics ad justment of the child and family and most impor tantly post-adoption ser vices to the family and child after the adoption placement for those who need more information to assist in their decision to adopt and those who have made the decision to adopt adoption information group michael l brod erick will have to wait until monday sept 28th for the decision of who won the september 15th primary election for associate city court judge mrs sconiers filed for a recount of the election in acting state supreme court justice frank a sedita jr.'s court which issued a restraining order barring the formal declar ation of a winner pending the court hearing wednesday mrs sconiers contend ed that a recount was needed so that no doubt will be remain about the legitimacy of the voting in the city court race mrs sconiers com plained that unnamed officials made an unoffi cail announcement after polls closed declaring her the winner by a 223 vote margin only to have the rose h sconiers dr mariniello named clinical chief at bgh o am,tvi a.—'maflnretio m.d has been named clinical chief of obstetrics gynecology at the buffalo general hospital his appointment was announced by michael f noe m.d buffalo gener al's vice president for professional affairs a member of the bgh medical staff since 1964 dr mariniello is a clinical assistant professor of obstetrics gynecology at the state university of new york at buffalo he is in private practice with offices in buffalo and east aurora dr mariniello will pro vide overall medical direc tion of buffalo general's department of women's health services which in cludes inpatient obstetri cal and gynecological ser vices as well as numerous outpatient clinics buffalo general's 08 gyn services have been extended through increas ed utilization of our clinical facilities and medical staff said dr mariniel lo we now provide the dr daniel a mariniello on-premise availability of a board certified obstetri cian/gynecologist 24 hours a day this greatly en hances the services al ready offered at the hospital and likewise rein the hospital's main priscilla mcneal promoted national fuel announ ces the promotion of priscilla a mcneal to assistant manager of the utility's thruway con sumer assistance center mcneal is a graduate of the state university of new york at buffalo where she received a b s degree in business ad ministration and an m a degree in economics she joined national fuel in 1975 as a junior clerk consumer business divi sion at the company's main office location mcneal became a man agement trainee in 1978 and upon completion of her program was assign ed to consumer business as supervisor collections she was promoted to supervisor customer in quiry in 1980 and super visor in 1984 mcneal has worked at the thruway consumer assistance cen ter since 1986 she is a member and board representative of the buffalo area engin eering awareness for mi norities beam a mem ber of the national associ ation of female executives nafe recipient of a black achiever award and selected as an outstanding young woman of ameri ca mcneal and her daughter live in buffalo patricia a mcneal rutkowski urges disabled to exercise voting rights joining county executive rutkowski fourth from left at
