joined presi dent ronald reagan ia the oval office to announce the introduction of a bill to create enterprise tones in america's inner cities and other poverty-stricken areas . kemp res ailed presi dent reagan's campaign visit to the south bronx on august 5 1980 when the president first publicly announced support for enterprise rones kemp and garcia hud introduced their first enterprise tone hill in june 1980 and followed up with a second revised bill in june 19*1 . today the administra tion is sending a strang signal that the people of our inner cities are not the cheat victim of reces continuing effort to monitor the delivery of home health care ser vices in in county county legislator francis j purdum has introduced legislation requesting the county department of social services
