Photo by Mary Stewart Voters To Decide On Increasing Publicity Fund THE TOWN Board Monday confirmed a previous decision to allow voters to ballot on a mandatory referendum which, if approved, would increase the town's budgeted publicity fund to $22,500. The question to be answered November 3 will be: Shall the Town Board appropriate the sum of $22,500 to its publicity fund pursuant to town law section 64 (14) to promote the general, commercial and industrial welfare of the town and such amount continue to be appropriated until adoption of a resolution, subject to permissive referendum, to discontinue it?
