The plan calls for the completion of the renovation of the current physical plant, and the construction of new facilities to meet the needs beyond the 1990s." The Trustees also approved "the adoption of a $22 million dollar goal for the next five years as part of the Comprehensive Development program to meet the projected needs of the Col(cont'd on page 15) movement of library technical services to Old Main and the preparation of architectural plans for a new library wing. In a recent interview with the Buffalo News, Rosenow, who is also director of stadium planning, said the response to the private campaign will decide if the domed stadium is built. "If we reach our goal of $24.8 million it will the project will be about $88.9 million. The private funding hopes to raise $24.8 million.
