CARS TO BE DECORATED
With unshaken confidence in their team, the Canisius student body will hold a parade and a smoker tomorrow night. The parade, which will start at 7 '30, will form at the McKinley monument and from that point march up Delaware Avenue to Tupper Street, thence to Main Street and out to the College. The smoker will be held in the college gymnasium imme¬ diately following the parade.
For the past four years every Cani¬ sius student has participated in these parades and smokers, customarily held before the Bonaventure game as an evidence of their support of the team in tV game on the following day. This year the authorities have seen fit to hold this public manifestation of school spirit before the Niagara game. This transfer has turned out to be most opportune, giving as it most cer¬ tainly does, the students an opportun¬ ity of proving their confidence in and loyalty to their football team and their alma mater.
John Logal, general chairman, to¬ gether with the presidents of the vari¬ ous classes has been working hard upon the plan* and V assures us that it will not only be the largest but the most successful rally over held in the history of Canisius. He has arranged for the Canisius College band, under the leadership of Milton Shitzel, to lead the parade and to play at the smoker, and in addition promises a variety of entertainment as well as inspiring talks.
IV committee gives the following instructions for the students wishing to participate in the parade. As in the past the parade will be mostly composed of autos, brightly decorated in the school colors. Stud.tits with their cars are to assemble at McKin¬ ley monument in front of the Work¬ ing Boy's Home between 7 P. M.

In decorating cars try to make some outstanding effect, and to¬ ward this end employ cards and ser¬ pentine. "The Judges will be Rev. Francis A. O'Malley, faculty director of athletics, Howard Van Nortwick, Head Cheerleader, and John Long, Editor-in-Chief of the Griffin.
