ordered mo.ofti rations for the expected reinforcement jen michel had arrived there the l'rii-sia.i seem to avoid chagiiy and are going toward le creuzot france not to cede any territory report from paris state tbat jules favre had repeated tbat the government would not cede any territory as the price of peace there baa been no lighting around paris for tbe pant three days the tire from tbe
