My dear Mrs. Hamalainen
Your letter of the 8th of September
in regard to your Uncle Bentley’s collection of
snow crystals has been brought to my attention.
We would be interested to know a little
bit more about this collection before making any
offer for it. We would appreciate your advising
us more in detail in regard to the same. On
receipt of this information, we perhaps could
arrange to have someone inspect the collection on
our behalf either by having you ship it to us or
our sending someone to Chester, Vermont, to look
it over there.
