Description	Geneva's new city hall was constructed in 1913 by Reinhold Schnirel. This image shows the ceremony surrounding the laying of the building's new cornerstone. Mayor Reuben Gulvin presided over the ceremony on Memorial day May 30th, 1913. Front row Gen. William Wilson, Adolph Gracey at left. Chief Kane, of Police Department fourth from left. Others unknown. At far Right, front row City Attorney and Supreme Court and Ontario County Judge.
