Bell Rose Lodge No 129,
IOOF - Odd Fellows,
Niagara Falls, N. Y.
Gentlemen:-
Please take notice that I have rented the
Hall at 8703-05 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls,
now occupied by you on Monday evenings, to the
LaSalle Recreational Center and I will be unable
to rent the hall to your lodge in the future,
However, you may have until September 1, 1944 to
remove your lodge regalia.
As I understand, the first of this year you
negotiated with the Masons to move into their hall.
I sincerely hope that you will be able to make
Satisfactory arrangements with them now.
Sometime ago I discussed with your trustees
the proposition on my buying your theatre chairs
and your folding chairs. If you still wish to
sell them to me at our agreed price I am willing
to buy them, However, If you wish to remove them
let me know at once so that I can make other
arrangements in securing chairs.
Yours very truly,
Earl Hilts
