Now that a new logo has been
created for N .... reth Commuter

that disjoint feeling need no
longer exist among Nuareth
commuters.
I was inspired witilihe idea.
and Colleen O'Connell design·
ed the actual logo . one thai has
a three-fold meaning. first, it is
the symbol of Nazareth Com·
muler Association. an emblem
ofpride and unity for ALl. CQm-muler..
Second, it boa.ts the
college CQIors - a purple "N," a
silver-vay "C." and a yellow
"A" . as an expression of our
pride in Nazareth. Finally. the
clasped hands inside the "c"
portray lhe attitudo! of Com.

in friendship and unity to the

Bake Sale to Benefit NCA
Cupcakes were not the only
goodies the Commuter Association
sold in the Cabaret Room
on Tuesday. September 17.
Scrumptious brownies. turtles,
chocolate chip and peanut but·
ter cookie •. cak~s. and many
OIher yummies were also sold.
The bake .. Ie lasted for three
hours and profits amounted to
$40.00.

Nazareth Community for their
