translation:
Let all present and future know that I, John Baker of Frnham, have given &
yielded up &by this present have confirmed Galfidus Baker of the same,
John Palmer of Deeping & Thomas Ydoniu (?) of Sonnington in all the lands,
tenrments, meadows, pastures with their appurtenances which I have in the
town and fields of Frnham aforesaid. And also I have given, yielded up to the
Galfridus Baker, John Palmer and Thomas Udoniu all my goods and
chattels, moveables,____ as well in the town of Frnham and beyond.
To have and to hold all the aforesaid lands, tenements, meadows, pastures with
their appurtenances, with all my goods & chattels above said, to the afiresaid
Galfridus Baker, John Palmer & Thomas Udoniu & their heirs & assigns with
equal ____ & in accustomed manner. And I in truth the aforesaid
John Baker & my heirs all the aforesaid lands, tenements etc. warrant to the
aforesaid G. Baker, J. Palmer & T. Udoniu & their heirs & assigns & defend
them against all people forever. In witness of which thing I have put my seal
to this present, witness to this, Edmund Harding, of Frnham clerk, William
of the same, William Mossorth of the same, William Mann of the same,
Thomas Foche of the same & others. Given at Frnham this date, day after the feast of
